Frequently Asked Questions

• It is recommended to have only the Zeta connected to a computer while downloading or resetting the altimeter. Having multiple USB/COM devices or programs active simultaneously can sometmes cause issues with COM port assignments.
• On Windows, COM port numbers are dynamically assigned and may vary depending on which device is plugged into which port. Typical COM ports are COM3, COM4, etc.
• On macOS, use “USB modem” ports such as “cu.usbmodem1101” or “tty.usbmodem1101”.
